Why can't I download the Firestorm Viewer?

If you are a mac user and get an error message that says that you are not able to download software from an unlicensed or unidentified provider don't worry this is a common issue. You can fix this by going to this link
Make sure your pc or mac is powerful enough to run the Firestorm viewer. Check out the recommended specs for running Firestorm Viewer.
Choose the correct viewer when first downloading Firestorm Viewer app (image #1) on your operating system. Select your operating system (Image #2)
